When’s the best time to sell?
This is one of the most common questions we are asked. The answer depends on your goal.
If you are selling and buying in the same market, any time is the best time. In a seller’s market, you’ll get more for your home, but you’re likely to pay more for your next home. In a buyer’s market, you’ll pay less for your next home, but you’ll also have a harder time selling your home.

How do we sell for more?

3. We prepare a roadmap for your listing, with strategies to maximize the return. Every property is different, so we’ll customize a strategy for you that will get you the most and the best offers on the table.
4. We are experienced negotiators. We leave no stone unturned to get you every last dollar.
What are your rates?
Buyers, you don’t pay anything. We are remunerated by the sellers. Also, you won’t be locked into a contract with us. We want you to work with us because you love working with us, not because you’re contractually obligated to work with us.
Sellers, you have a choice of Listing Bundles, customizable to suit your specific needs, with commission as low as 1.6% plus HST. Each time, you get personalized, hands-on service, and regardless of which bundle you choose, we go a head above for you!
What areas do you cover?
Henk grew up in the Niagara Region, and he knows every nook and cranny of each of the small towns from Grimsby to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Emese grew up in the GTA, and she has extensive knowledge of the market anywhere from Toronto to Peel.
Currently, Emese and Henk call Stoney Creek home, and they are experts in the Hamilton market.
